RETURN POLICY FOR HOLSTERS

All holsters are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We have a 60-day return policy for a refund or exchange from the day the order was placed. After receiving your holster, if for any reason you want to return your holster simply contact We The People Holsters via phone or email to process your request, or click the “Start Return” button below. You will need your entire order number (starting with WTP-) and your shipping zip code or email address to complete a return using the portal.

Please note:

You (the customer) are responsible for return shipping, and all shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is issued by us for your return and is rejected by your financial institution, you will be issued a store credit for the return in the form of an e-gift card sent via email.

Promotions

IF YOU GET AN ITEM FREE AS A PROMOTION IT MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ITEM ASSOCIATED WITH THE PROMO IN ORDER TO GET A FULL REFUND. IF NOT THE COST OF THE FREE ITEM WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. Example: Buy a holster get a hat free. Both items must be returned.

LIFETIME WARRANTY (for holsters)

We The People Holsters products have a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair it or replace it, at our discretion.

Please Note

  • Lifetime warranty APPLIES ONLY TO HOLSTER.
  • Lifetime warranty does not apply to holsters purchased from 3rd party (not directly purchased from We The People Holsters).
  • Select special promos (ie: $5.00 shirts) may have shipping cost applied.

All other items

All other items such as apparel, tumblers, koozies, etc. have a 30-day return policy from delivery date.

Cell phone cases have a 60-day return policy from the date of order placement.

Tactical Gun Belts have a 60-day return policy from delivery date.

Holster claws have a 30-day return policy from delivery date.

All items must be in original condition and can not be altered in anyway.

Any food items purchased (such as jerky) are FINAL SALE due to the nature of the product.
