BY ENTERING OR OTHERWISE PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING. THIS CONTRACT REQUIRES YOU TO INDEMNIFY AND TO RELEASE ALL CLAIMS AGAINST THE PROMOTION ENTITIES (AS DEFINED BELOW). BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU ARE AGREEING TO MANDATORY, BINDING ARBITRATION WITH NO CLASS RELIEF, AND TO A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY RECOVER.
Eligibility
The We The People Holsters CyberBeast Giveaway (the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, who are licensed drivers (have a valid/current driver’s license) and legal age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (19 in AL and NE, 21 in MS, and 18 in all remaining states). Employees of We The People Holsters (the “Sponsor”), their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion partners, and internet agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, and agents (collectively "Promotion Entities") and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and grandparent) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible. Promotion is void where prohibited. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) on December 2, 2024, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PST on March 2, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion.
Two Ways To Enter
A. ENTRY VIA AN ONLINE PURCHASE: Internet access required. During the Promotion Period, eligible entrants will receive one (10) entry for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of We The People Holsters merchandise/product items made online at www.wethepeopleholsters.com (the “Website”). The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excludes discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges) and will be rounded up to the next $1 increment. If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entry/entries associated with that purchase will be voided. All purchases are subject to the Sponsor’s return policy. Your purchase transaction must be received by 11:59:59 PM PST on March 2, 2025, and must include your consent to be entered to be eligible to receive entries via purchase. There is no limit on the number of entries received with a purchase. During the Promotion Period, entrants will also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further email communications from the Sponsor. Opting-in is not required for participation and will not increase chances of winning.
B. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED MAIL-IN METHOD OF ENTRY: To receive sixty (60) entries without making a purchase, on a plain piece of 3"x5" paper, hand-print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), and email address plus daytime telephone number. Mail your entry in a #10 business-size envelope with first-class postage affixed to: CyberBeast Giveaway Entry, 3585 E Patrick Ln Suite 1200, Las Vegas, NV 89120. Each envelope must include a valid return address.
Limit one entry per envelope. Bulk shipments or mechanically reproduced entries will not be accepted.
Random Drawing
A random drawing to select one (1) winner will be conducted on or about March 15, 2025, from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
Prize And Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
One (1) Grand Prize – a customized vehicle valued at approximately $110,000, plus $20,000 cash. Total prize value: $130,000.
Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted by email and/or phone and will be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release of Liability, Prize Acceptance Form, and where lawful, a Publicity Release along with a copy of their valid driver’s license. The completed forms must be returned within three (3) days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
Limitation Of Liability And Release
Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates from any liability or damages arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
Publicity Release
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and other biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
Privacy Policy
Sponsor collects personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Entrants’ information will be handled in accordance with the Sponsor’s privacy policy, available on the Website.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or other causes beyond its control.
