Are you taking custom holster requests?

At this time we are not taking custom holster requests.

Do you have a walk-in store?

Unfortunately, at this time we do not.

Do you outsource from other countries?

Do I need to wear a belt?

No, our holsters are designed to be worn with or without a belt.

Will your holsters work with leggings?

Yes, we recommend one of our IWB Holsters.

Can I get replacement parts for my holster?

Will Kydex cause wear on my firearm?

Kydex is hard plastic, normal holster wear and tear should be expected from daily use.

Will my Kydex holster melt from the heat in my car?

We do not recommend storing your holster in direct sunlight.

Can I upgrade my holster to a new model?

Sure our holsters have a 60-day return policy for exchange (as long as the holster has not been altered in any way).

How can I prevent the holster screws from backing out?

After you have perfected your ride and cant, we recommend using a little Loctite®.

How do I clean and maintain my kydex holster?

We recommend using a rag and a little rubbing alcohol or water to lightly clean dust and debris from your kydex holster.

My holster is too tight, what do I do?

You can adjust the tension of your holster.

My holster is too loose, how do I tighten it?

You can tighten your holster by tightening the retention screw on the side.

What’s the difference between an IWB holster and an OWB holster?

An IWB or Inside The Waistband Holster sits inside the waistband where an OWB or outside the waistband holster sits outside of the waistband.

 

Leather Holsters

How do I care for my leather holster?

Do not apply oils, cleaners, liquids, or leather conditioner to your leather holster, because it will soften the leather and harm the molding and retention. You can apply neutral shoe polish to restore the finish to a nice shine.

How do I clean my leather holster if it gets dirty?

Clean your leather holster with a dry soft brush. It is best to rub in a circular motion. If your holster is very dirty, you can use saddle soap to clean your leather holster, but always allow it to air dry away from heat.

How should I store my leather holster?

Do not store your holster in the trunk of your car, tackle box, or a hole in the ground. Store it in a dry, cool place out of direct sunlight.

What should I do if my leather holster gets wet?

If your leather holster gets wet, do not use heat to dry it. Wipe off excess moisture with a soft cloth, then set the holster in a cool, dry place and allow it to air dry for 24 hours.

How Do I track my order?

Once your order has been released for shipping you will receive an email notification with the tracking information which can be tracked via USPS.

Can I cancel my order?

Each customer has the opportunity to submit a cancellation request within 24 hours of the order being placed. Simply contact us so that request can be submitted.

I placed an order and forgot to use my promo code. What do I do?

Please contact us with the promo code as well as order information. As long as the code has not been previously used we will be happy to retroactively apply the promo code once the order ships.

Do you sell gift cards?

How long does shipping take?

Shipping within the United States can take 4-8 days (shipping does not include processing time). We have a 2-14 business days processing time prior to shipping. Holiday times may extend production time needed to manufacture the items on our site.

  • Our holsters have a lifetime warranty for the original owner against defects in manufacturing for the lifetime of the product.

Accounts & The Range Rewards Program

Can I make an account with We The People Holsters? I'd like to see my order information.

You can! We're really excited to offer accounts so you can keep an eye on your order history, current order status, earn points and invite friends to We The People Holsters, too. Get started with our Rewards program and let us know if you have any questions!

Just a heads up our program started on May 16th, 2022, so you'll only see orders from that date on. Any orders made prior to that date will not appear in your account and are not eligible for our current program.

Do you have a referral program? How do I join?

We do! You are welcome to refer your friends here and earn 200 points for each successful referral.

A successful referral is when you send a new customer to Our Place using your referral link. Their first purchase needs to be for a subtotal of $40+ after any discounts or gift cards. If their purchase is under $40, deemed to not be their first purchase, or if they live in your household, it will not be considered a successful referral. Other rules may apply and the program is subject to change without notice.

I made a purchase. Where are my points?

First off, thank you for shopping with us! The points will be added to your account 7 days after your order has been fulfilled. If your points are still not there, please reach out to our customer service email at info@wethepeopleholsters.com and we’ll take care of you.

I earned points, but I don't know how to redeem them. How do I checkout using points?

To start, thanks so much for signing up and participating in our program! During checkout be sure to log in and select "redeem points" as part of the checkout process. You can do this by clicking on "Account" in the top right corner and signing in. Once you are signed in, you'll be able to apply your available points during the checkout process as long as you:

  • Have at least 1 product in your cart for Free Product Redemptions
  • Have enough points available to redeem them (100 point minimum)

Please note: Due to Shopify limitations you're not able to checkout using points when paying with ShopPay or ApplePay. We recommend checking out in incognito mode if you're having trouble! Points are available in predetermined tiers up to 300 points per purchase and are not able to be combined with other discounts.

How do your tiers work?

We have three tiers: Recruit, Lieutenant, and Captain. When you sign up for our program, you're automatically in the Recruit tier just for signing up. Starting that date you'll start accruing points and will have 1 year (365 days) to reach the next tier. Once you reach a new tier, you'll have 1 full year (365 days) for those benefits!

Our tiers are based on the amount of money spent:

  • Recruit: $0 - $90.00 (active enrollment is required to receive benefits)
  • Lieutenant: $90.00-$150.00
  • Captain: $150.01+

Each new tier has new benefits to unlock!

Will my past purchases count?

Our program is launching on May 16th, 2022, so we won't be able to add points for purchases made before our program launch date.

If you just forgot to sign in when placing your order though, no worries. Your points will be waiting in your account based on the email address used at the time of purchase.

How do points for dollars spent work?

Depending on the tier you're in you'll earn 1 point for each dollar spent or more. As an example, once you enter the Lieutenant tier each dollar spent will earn you 1.25 points! We also have double point days where you can earn up to 3 points per dollar. Points are awarded on the subtotal of the order (after discounts, gift cards, and before taxes).

When is my anniversary?

The anniversary is the day you created your account. When logged in just click on "rewards history" and scroll to the bottom to see the date your account was created. Easy as cooking in an Always Pan!

When are birthday points given?

Your birthday points will be added on your birthday!

If you sign up and enter your birthday within the 30 days prior to your actual day of birth, you’ll see the points added on a delay. They’ll appear on the 31st day and then on your actual birthday from here on out!

Why did I lose points?

Points may be deducted for a few reasons:

  • If you return a purchase for a refund, any points associated with that order will be removed from your account.
  • If you refer a friend who completes a purchase which is considered a successful referral but they then return their order.
  • Points will expire after 3 months of inactivity. What that means is that you’ll either need to continue to earn points before the 3 month mark or use your points before then.

If you've redeemed your points between earning them + a return, that is OK! Points can go into the negative, but as soon as you earn more, you'll be well on your way to getting back into the positive with points again!
