Thanks for reaching out! So just to clarify — we’re not directly in the warehouse ourselves, so we don’t have visibility into the physical contents of returns once they’re received. That part is handled and processed by our warehouse team directly.
According to our records, the return for order WTP-3404508 was already received and processed by them. If there was a mix-up and the wrong item was sent back, we totally get how that could happen! Unfortunately, we can only go off what was confirmed and documented by the warehouse.
If you still have the OWB Constitution holster with the red dot cut and want to return that one, simply use the return label of the other holster, it's a mixed up totally but that may work.
